At Opa Living, we stand behind the quality of our sofas with confidence. That's why all of our sofa frames are backed by a lifetime guarantee against structural defects. Yes, you heard it right! As long as the sofa remains in the same property we delivered to, you're covered!

Please note: If your sofa was purchased before January 2020, your warranty for manufacturing faults is limited to 1 year only.

5 Year Warranty 

All manufacturing faults, excluding frames, are covered for a period of five years from the date of delivery.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

• Wear and tear

• Misuse, whether accidental or deliberate

• Failure to properly maintain the sofa

• Commercial or institutional use

• Assembly or storage inappropriately (e.g. in damp or direct sunlight)

• Any alterations carried out on the product

• Clearance and/or display products

• Failure to comply with the terms of these guarantees
